All staff are very friendly & willing to help with even the simplest request. Extremely clean. Rooms are big. Beds are big too. Highly recommended!!!

Jan in admissions has been very difficult to work with. We have been working to get my Grandmother in for a month and have been told completely incorrect info by Jan several times. She just told us that she is closing our Grandma’s referral this morning because she hasn’t heard back from insurance but everyone knows it takes more than a few days to hear back from insurance. She clearly never wanted to admit my Grandma in the first place.

This was my first time in a rehab facility, but I have visited plenty. I was extremely impressed with the care from all staff, the patience and gentle guidance the thereapists had during therapy. They even managed to switch up routines and try new fun ones to keep you interested. Rooms were spotless and food was great.

This place is the best of the best. Impeccable, genuine care. My dad has been here twice and I would never want him to go anywhere else. From the techs to the nurses, the therapists to and case managers. Everyone is 10/10. My dad would always say he felt like he was at a resort. We love the food too. Absolutely delicious. Yes, about 60 rooms all single occupancy
They dont do enough Physical therapy each day.

I've been in Encompass twice. Both times were very good. I highly recommend Encompass Physical Rehab Hospital on east Baseline Road

There is a hotel by banner gateway hospital along higley Rd and north of baseline Rd. There is one about to open up along baseline just east of higley Rd but not sure if they are open yet.
This hospital is a physical rehab center, but people who have substance abuse issues recieve help as part of their care if there for other reasons. Common reasons for admission would include having post operation mobility loss, stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other medical problems that have caused a loss of being able to safely return home.
There are nurses/certified medicine rep. who can administer pain medication as prescribed by your doctor while your there. In addition theres are onsite doctor who visit with you during your stay. If medicine needs to be altered they can arrange the medicine . Medicine is given 24 hours a day. If at any time your in pain, you would simple advise the nurse or aide caring for you.
