This CU stepped in and helped federal employees subjected to the oppressive 2018-19 government shutdown in a way that few financial institutions (and certainly not banks) would. The peace of mind they gave me during that difficult time was a Godsend. Always had courteous and helpful customer service as well, in the nearly 10 years I have been a member. I intend to stay with them for keeps.

I am very happy with USECU, I’ve been a member for years. During the shutdown they were able to help me and when I need a car loan they walked me through the process.

Where can I find a list of surcharge free Atmosphere. Every time I try to find them, I can't get anywhere with the site. It tells you to go to ATM signage, still can't. I know they might change but why not let you see current ones. Thank you
