Beware senior citizens!!!! This branch will put your account in the negative. Whitney Comres the Branch Manger has very poor customer service and will laugh in your face. Faith Taylor is not helpful and Rodolfo likes to scam the seniors. This bank went down hill when Whitney came on board. The previous branch manger did a much better job and was very professional. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I'd recommend avoiding trying to open an account at this credit union. I visited this branch twice to bring documents to open an account only to not hear back. When I reached out a week later they simply said "your application was denied" with no explanation. This experience was a major headache and waste of time.
