Came ALL the way to 4444 S. Pulaski to find out they Closed at 1pm today 9/29/2022 which was NOT stated per my phone call or Website….. It is a inconvenience for customers on Public Transportation to travel and you are CLOSED. Inform your customers properly!!!!! You got OUR money but we can not access it….. we are NOT in a Hurricane?what’s for not having proper Information?

Awful customer service. They don’t return phone calls. Literally have to walk in there to make any kind of inquiry. Referred my family members when I opened my accounts because I didn’t know how awful they are and my family members were so dissatisfied they closed their accounts. I want to do more business but cannot with a place like this. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

No, I'm sure it's never too late to join. I have been a member for 30 years, and it's a full service financial institution. I have used them for everything from checking, savings, home and auto loans and mortgages, vacation loans, Visa credit card, and Christmas Club.
