Can't wait to get out!!! It was a big mistake moving in here. Rude Neighbors whose dogs bark constantly People pulling up to the neighbor's house at 6:00am in the morning honking. plowing is horrendous salt is non existent and the office people are useless when it comes to any problems being handled. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

The community hired a company to replace the water meters on our homes. The company pulled off and damaged my insulation and heat tape that is supposed to be there to protect the above ground plumbing. Quite not a lot of noise or idiot's running around. They are kind of sticks in the mud about keeping the grass cut though other than that we like it

It varies by lot. I have a premium lot so i pay more. They also have specials . So from 350 to 550 approx
