Not enough help & very hot in the store. Plenty of display devices weren't working. Waited almost an hour as the 1 working employee explained to some Boomers how a phone charger works. Can't figure out what the others were doing.

My wife got a iPhone 13 for Xmas gift. Went to the local apple store to get the phone and have it set up. Couldn’t get it setup at the store and was told could finish it at my home. Not the case. I took it to the Verizon store off 8 mile by the Meijer store. The person who helped me was Mary. What a wonderful person. She was professional and pleasant to work with. Had the phone working perfectly in 20 minutes. It’s good to see that there are people who do their job and enjoy helping us that are technically challenged. Thanks Mary.
