Editing my review. Removing 1 star. I've never really seen a better rate on loans from this bank versus my other bank. Card services are terrible. I have many incidents to share. My cards stop working and need to be replaced a few times a year. The cards are randomly declined and the bank doesn't know why. On a recent trip to the branch about a card issue, the reps started chuckling that the card is shut off because there might have been fraudulent charges. Didnt tell me what they were and I was never contacted because they added a random wrong number to my account. I havent changed numbers in 15 years. I'm finally transitioning completely to my other bank and will close this account ASAP.

The customer service with this company is some of the worst I’ve dealt with in 30 yrs., and it starts at the top with manager Sean Killian. After taking way to long, over a week, to get an approval for a SECOND car loan with this company (can get an approval with others in 20 min) they continue to screw up the payments for the 2 different accounts. After 3 mo of my payments constantly being posted to either the first loan or the savings account, I can’t get these people to get it straight, and they keep wanting to charge me late fees even though they have my money plenty of time before each payment is due yet post it to the wrong account. I have tried and tried, even asking for a manager, yet the manager, Sean Killian, can’t seem to return my calls in a timely manor or even at all. I have tried for 3 days to get him to call me back and the one and only time he’s called was at 7:30pm after waiting 2 days for that call, and I wasn’t at my phone. If you have other banking options definitely take them over this horribly run establishment.
