VERY BAD COMPANY and NEEDS to be SHUT DOWN!! Called to get a 10 day payout and Jasmine Austin who’s over my account never answered or called me back. I finally talked to her after I called again 4days later after I had to leave a message with a different agent. I told her I needed to cancel my auto pay and she told me she received my message and I need to send an email to cancel. Like why? If I want autopay just call and they will put it in but to cancel you need to send an email?…which doesn’t make sense. I told her another company is paying my car off and she’s saying I need to write an email to get a 10 day payout and the 10 day payout is more than what I owe. I told her we tried to call to get the payout amount but she never answered or returned my calls and the other company decided to write the check for what I owe. Like why am I talking to you for if I have to write all these emails. VERY BAD COMPANY!!!

This Credit Union did everything they could to prevent me from becoming a member. The website was had to navigate. I filled out an application online for a checking account, ran my credit and I was denied. I called and ask why I was denied. I was told I have to open a saving account before I am allowed to open a checking account. I asked the banker to open a savings then. She told me she couldn't, and that I would have to reapply online, click savings account and have my credit ran again. I wasn't going to have this CU run my credit again. Why would the website allow you to click checking account only and run your credit, if that will be an automatic rejection. The whole time she was upset as of I was wasting her time.

Terrible website for account information. No detailed summary given while constantly asking to update, yet never saves information once updated. I made call to service once, and the lady was very nice and helpful.
