Perfect example of a Medical practice that doesn't care about the patient, it's all about the bottom dollar. Shontez answered the phone to schedule an appointment. I missed an appointment due to my 2 year old daughter having a respiratory infection and needing breathing treatments every 4 hours. As a result of missing this appointment I was treated less than humane. Pain management is not a choice for some people, some people like me are totally dependant on the care of these types of practices. She wasn't willing to try and reschedule me in a timely manner, hung up on me, laughed at me, and then blamed hanging up on me when she ended up doing it a second time. Shontez also told me there was no manager to work with, once she confirmed she was incapable of providing a reasonable solution. Magically after 20 mins of back and forth, there was a managed available to help named Yair. This practice has continued to underwhelm me with their service, and I didn't like my doctor I would go to another practice. Fortunately, Dr. Ray is a great doctor who truly cares, he just works for a practice that doesn't. Yair ended up getting an appointment on the calendar in a reasonable amount of time, but it cost me 45 mins and a ton of stress.,

I have had the most amazing experience #1 with have Dr Quigley as my Doctor. He's the best, all the way around and have been dealing with him for many many years when he was my whole family's primary care Dr. And now as my pain managment Dr. I fought him on getting the shots in my spine due to my former pain mngmt Dr hitting a nerve. Finally I had a procedure done "I ran out of excuses".... Terrified it would happen again. Like always the whole office made me feel very welcomed, but made a frightening experience 110 percent comfortable. From the front office to the nurses,to the anesthesiologist to Dr Patel . The Best!! No more battles from me ever again guys thanks for the "no fear" you helped me get through yesterday! Thank you Rochelle Lambert

I've been going here about 4 yrs and about to go back after getting back from Texas...by far the only clinic (both Primary and Pain Management) that puts patients before anything else....I'd know, lol what this amazing staff has done for me I can't even put into words. Feels more like family.
