Totally clueless about what’s on my chart. Doesnt talk with patients, forgot he got 48000 from my surgery and ask me, did I operate on you? never calls me for my name.bad bedside manners! Did not explain what I have and my treatment.

It’s been almost year since I was treated. Dr Akl was very kind and addressed my concerns the way I wanted. He considered my condition and surgery went extremely well! Havnt had a single issue since. And the office staff were extremely friendly and kind as well. Thank you!
