Eventually the overall rating will be 1 star. You can't get in touch with anyone there. Phone number puts you on hold forever and NO ONE ever answers. Email is not feeling very much better. The auto email response basically says "Don't ever email again"! They promise to respond so don't email again or just use the website. the website is the reason I'm calling!

Attempted to call about an hour after they opened, enter my information, and I am told there are too many callers to put more on hold and to call back later. How about a call back feature, or just put me on hold? Then I was asked to complete their survey and hung up on. Horrible phone system.

Very poorly managed department - inefficient, slow, lack of urgency, wasteful, etc. This is a division that needs to be cleaned up completely with all new staff and leadership. What a shame.

Terrible! My insurance (USAA) Company submitted my documents back in Feb2020 via fax. I needed it done before July, I called early August to see if they received it and they did not. I then had my insurance company send it 3 times on 3 different occasions to their fax number in the month of August. Mind you it takes 7-10 business days to process. September rolls around and they still have not received my documents. By now they linked me to a Tommy in the operations team but nothing happened, then I spoke with a Randy from the operations team who sounded very promising but still no result. He did give me an email to send my documents which I thought it would be taken care of but NO! I did a follow up (13Sep) after the 2nd time I emailed it and they said they didn't recieve it when in fact I was on the phone with Randy when he saw it in his inbox and he said he will send it to the processing team. I called today and once again they said they didn't have it. I asked to speak to Randy but the operator got a Rachel H from the operations team instead. I emailed it again to Rachel and they said they received it"! I asked to speak to a manager and they directed my call to a supervisor named Emily Miller. I left a voice mail and I sure hope I get a call back with results. Where is the accountability? This is completely unacceptable.

Go to www.dol.wa.gov It is a very good put together web site that will either answer your question or point you to the right resources.
It has to be mailed to you. The IDs aren't made here.
Call their customer support number and someone can look that up for you.
Please use the contact information at this page: https://www.dol.wa.gov/contact/admin.html. They will provide the correct address for service if a PO Box isn't acceptable.
It depends on what kind of permit it is. Www.dol.wa.gov They only do business licensing transactions at this location. You would need to go to an actual driver license office to renew. There are a list of offices on their website.

First this location does not handle vehicle licensing. So make sure to find your local vehicle licensing office. I would think she needs to be there since she is the receiver of the title. You don't need to be there though. You just need to sign the title over.
If by system you mean DOL's, then yes. However, if you have questions about what requirements your insurance company has, I'd reach out to them.
You can report the sale at a vehicle licensing office, they should be able to assist in locating the VIN
No, this is where they attend to business and professional licenses.
Yes, the office is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm on Thursday, July 5th.
Business licenses are generally handled through the Department of Revenue, but this office does provide some specific professional licenses as well as some items for commercial vehicles.
