There are updates needed to the apartments already rented. How about doing an inspection or a review of those already rented and taking the time to make those want to stay? New carpet in the hallway would be nice. We had flooding and the same carpet is still here! Working lights in the parking lots would be nice. The lights are there but need to be fixed. They have not worked since 2017 when I moved in. My carpet should have also been replaced before moving in. Light fixtures and appliances don't match. When asked to have them match, I was told it would be an extra $100 a month. Took a year to get my hot water working and it took a plumbing to figure it out. Yellow patches on ceiling. Would not recommend people move here.

I would honestly give this place no stars if I could, highly do not recommend living here. It honestly started when it got taken over by a new company and ever since then has been going down hill majorly! After a year our rent went up, they started charging for water and trash due to a new company taking over mind you we pay almost $30 every month for trash which is ridiculous concerning we aren’t the ones putting the furniture in them when it clearly says not to. Maintenance is horrible says there coming and never do, parking is terrible they house too many residents and not enough parking which I pay over a grand to live in a one bedroom apartment and not even able to park in front of my own building. They have no security so your on your own if your car gets broken into which happens frequently can verify from experience. They let the siding fall apart completely before replacing it which could lead to it falling and could hit a car or a person. To top it all of they even charge you a “connivence” fee of $10 for a CASHIERS CHECK the closet form to cash making it so they can have your bank account information if you choose not to. Over all this is the worst place to live and I’m so glad I move next week couldn’t be more ready to leave this place and that’s not how you should feel about somewhere that you used to call home.

Good views, amazing staff , my apartment seems as is if it’s sound proofed and the maintenance has not failed me yet. Ever since the new staff been here it has been a noticeable difference for the Good. Recommend this place for single living or even a young family
