Taken a while to post this but the Servpro teams I worked with were outstanding! The initial team of Clay Cameron and John were on the scene by the time I arrived they didn't bother me at all until I composed and then got right to work taking care of many items that needed attention immediately Cleaned stored and stayed in touch thru rebuild that's still wrapping up Adam and his crew were great with cleanup and bringing back all our belongings with much patience and support to where we wanted stuff put And now John told me he would swing by and pick up boxes and packing as needed Overall I can't recommend this team high enough Thanks Guys.... I felt uncomfortable with the guy they sent over (Mason) he acted like he was at my house for a date rather than dealing with our mold issue. And then while working on removing the mold they got dust everywhere so I had to hire another cleaning company to finish the job. I would have used another firm but my insurance company recommended them. If I have any more home issues I'm going to do my homework and get several estimates.

I had a house fire early this year, and Mason Minton came and secured my house for me so that I was comfortable leaving it. He was professional, kind and extremely helpful. He has followed up with me and has gone above and beyond to support me during this time. When it became time to start working on the house Mason Branch handled my contents. Mason ensured that his team was professional and handled my items with care. He is professional and caring. He continues to check in with me and go above and beyond for me.
