We had a sewage backup and flooding in our building and unfortunately called Servpro. They repeatedly said insurance would cover the damage without knowing at all if our insurance would (it didn't). They did not give any estimation of cost to perform the work necessary and I had to ask several times before I saw any type of cost estimate. They were at our building for less than 24 hours and we got a bill for $20,000. I asked them to leave after they finally told me it would be $25 per fan per day and they were estimating over 100 fans for several days. I called 911 Restoration and they gave me an estimate before they started working and performed a majority of the work to clean and repair our building over several days for less than the cost of Servpro being in our building for less than 24 hours. In my experience Servpro knows you are despirate when your building floods and takes advantage of the situation. Call someone else and get an estimate before you sign anything.

I am a new and young home owner and recently purchased my first home in January of 2016. With all of the storms that came in this year, part of my roof had collapsed and water damage was all over my master bedroom. Not a good start with home owning. I was very aggravated and called their 24 hour emergency service and they came out to my house at midnight within 45 minutes. They were able to contain the hole and stop the water from continuing to come in. Although this was a very stressful time in my life, they were very attentive to my needs and communication. It seemed like they restored and dried all the water in no time. With 2 weeks they had a roofer out and the situation fixed. Took a couple more days to fully dry but I was very impressed with their promptness and work. Office staff and production crews were very professional. Won't hesitate to use them again.
