Pretty standard Mexican kitchen. Their carne asada fries are good and the portions big. A lot of the food was pretty bland though. There are better places nearby on El Toro.

When in doubt, this is the go-to night time spot. We've had many nights in this drive thru after events. My favorite is the flautas that are always crispy and packed with toppings. We also love the carne asada nachos and ask for the chips on the side so they'll stay crunchy. This place will be around forever!

Overall the food is very good with a good menu selection. We had hard tacos and taquitos but it was disappointing. The Taco shells on both were extremely hard and fell apart as you bit into them. I'm hoping the cooks take notice. I will return. Next time. I will ask that they watch the deep frying time. The service and cleanliness is excellent

Full disclosure, I am a white girl, so I know I have little to no credibility. That being said, I was born in LA and my dad grew up there, so when we moved to Oregon we had a really difficult adjustment to a lack of good Mexican food. We make a lot of our own Mexican food from the recipes my dad learned from his neighbor in LA growing up. Whenever we are back in Southern California we go here and moan through every bite. For me, the mark of a good Mexican place is when I’m in the minority amongst the customers and staff. I LOVE everything I’ve ever gotten here. The simplest thing, a bean and cheese burrito with a side of chips and guacamole is 10/10. It’s incredible. Such a treat when we have it. Family favorite.
