Such compassionate staff, during a really tough time. We had to put Momma Mia down. It was challenging, and the doctor and nurses were so supportive and understanding. That kindness went a long way. Thank you so much 💓

Just had another visit with my 2 cats to Barbur Blvd Banfield. As always, it was great! Everyone is always so nice and helpful and I get the feeling that they genuinely care about my pets. We have been patients here for about 3 years now and I can say that I honestly have had nothing but positive experiences here. The communication is great, and they always follow up. I do sometimes get frustrated when we have to pay more than our membership fees for our visits (which is almost always, our cats have some small chronic issues), but when I add it all up I think it is comparable to what I would be paying/have paid elsewhere.

Honestly the best and most friendliest vet office I have ever been too, My Aurora and I have been very happy with the care we received here. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I was scammed into signing up for a weird monthly charge thing that was barely described to me at check out and is not cancellable. Literally took my cat in for a check up and it’s hundreds of dollars over the course of the year, again not cancellable. Worst most unprofessional business I’ve experienced in my life? Im low income and it’s really significant to me.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
