They NEVER get back to you ! And when they do it’s already too late. when I come in the staff are sitting around talking and laughing.

Love my doctors, but the wait time when you call is an hour if not longer. It says they open at 7 ,but when I called I was told to call back at 8 after being on hold for 20 minutes . Not okay. I have seen doc after doc after doc ,and this place answering services by far the worst

HORRIBLE! Took my 1 y.o. daughter in for an ear infection. My daughter was crying due to the pain and the "pediatrician" yelled at my daughter to stop crying. She said she could not hear herself talk and needed my daughter to be quiet. She was extremely rude the whole appointment. When I called to complain about the experience we had, they showed no care. I was told a supervisor/manager would call me back. 3 days later, an assistant calls me and tells me that the manager sends an apology. Couldn't even call me herself. Lobby was dirty, receptionists were too busy gossiping and eating to help. Just bad overall.
