I have attended a few services at this location, and if your service is at night you will be rushed out at the end of it. While I understand that the workers want to go home, this is the last time you will see your loved one, and the staff should be more considerate and understanding.

I had a wonderful experience with Jorge Rivera funeral home. I had lost a dear friend whom had not a single family member and I was clueless where to begin as he left me as next of kin. Marco went above and beyond and explained everything in depth. Any and all of my calls were answered if not returned in a timely fashion. The secretary always offered to place me on hold as she explained Marco was with another family. I choose to leave my number and each time Marco called back by day end if the secretary could not answer my needs. He never left me to feel as though I was asking too many questions or left me feeling uncertain. Never left me pressured to make payment and after payment was made service remained as professional as day one.. I would pay no mind to anyone speaking poorly of this business! I run a business and deal with poor reviews such as I read about Rivera funeral home. My entire company has used this funeral home multiple times and no one has ever had a bad experience.
