The bed was on the bed hard side but a good AC very clean room so I was happy there that I got to clean room

Check in was easy. The young lady at the Front Desk was extra helpful ( I wish that I had gotten her name!) The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable! The beautiful lady at breakfast was totally awesome! We talked for a few minutes and it felt like I was talking to a friend! Twanette (O "T") is a true asset to this property (and I'm sure all of your employees are) Thanks so much for A wonderful stay!

A bit pricey compared to competitors, if you take into account the additional costs (parking, water bottle charges, no breakfast). Also it is not located in the best part of the city. Next time, I will try another hotel in the town. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and modern.

This place gets the job done but if they want to go to the next level, they should improve the amenities and facility. #1 improve the breakfast experience as far offering hot and fresh food options. If there is no kitchen on-site consider building one and outsourcing its operation. #2 You must provide a way for guests to park their car and enter the hotel without going back outside. However, the staff is excellent, kind, courtesy and helpful. They are doing the best they can with cards that they have been dealt. I recommend staying here but lower your expectations as far as amenities $$.
