I tended a wedding reception there. In general. It's nice that it's attached to the Chase center where the reception was. Unfortunately their restaurant is open only for breakfast and dinner. Limited menu but there are plenty of other restaurants that are top notch within walking distance of this place.

Front desk very accommodating. Prompt in bringing whatever is needed in the room with room service not offered on a daily basis for first three days. You can request servicing of the room 24 hours in advance. Adequate parking. Great location for a meeting connecting to a convention center. Food is good. Handicap accessible rooms don't all have walk in showers or even a shower with a low lip. A tub with bars attached to the wall is not adequate.

Beautiful, clean, and quiet. The room was excellent. Shawna at the front desk tonight, 3/2, was amazing though. It's been a long time since I've been without my children and she was so kind - kind enough to give me some lavender to help me sleep. You can't get much better service than that ❤

Staff was professional, friendly, and made the stay worthwhile. Hotel is a nice facility-clean, BUT....only ONE elevator worked, restaurant did not have accommodating hours for large events, and the television and room phone stopped working the last evening of our stay...totally inconvenient!! 3 stars mostly because of staff...otherwise it would be 1 star
