My stay was great. The front desk greeted me with efficiency and smiles and a cookie. The room was clean and light and quiet. I had a great bath. I ate dinner at the bar and had a terrific steak. I stayed at many hotels all over the country this trip and this was my favorite because of the people.

I truly do not believe that I will ever return to this hotel. I am aware that when you are renting a room to stay, you just don't know who the other customers are in the neighboring rooms. Secondly, the room where my family and I are staying is truly noisy and you can hear the elevator all day long and sometimes late in the morning around 1 or 2 a.m.. People are running up and down the hallway, doors are continuously being slammed, the furniture is outdated , the table is filthy, , underneath the bed stands they have nott been dusted because they are filthy underneath. To make matters worse, the person that checked me in told me that I'll have to make a phone call or book a separate reservation which would have had me paying triple the amount for the reservation, all due to her and her uppity attitude and not checking thoroughly about what I had made mention to her. Also, I'm unsure as to why I was given the room that I was given when I clearly said I would like to try and get some rest due to the type of work that I do. I ended up which seems to be in the noisiest room ever with my family. I'm almost 99.999% sure I will not be returning. The cost did not match to what's being offered at all.

The hotel and staff were amazing! We had our daughter's wedding here with a block of 20+ rooms. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and always available. The staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful to everyone. The breakfast buffet was great. Amber, Shannon and Miguel were truly amazing all weekend. It was a perfect weekend.
