An ok hotel, nothing fancy, but it does the job. Rooms are very standard, some weird things like the thermostat on the wall not working at all so you had to control the AC on the unit itself, and the promise of in-room food ordering without any menu nor info on how to place an order in the room. There was also some mildew on the side of the bathtub in my bathroom. The walls were quite thin too, so you could hear your neighbor if they were loud. One major thing that honestly felt kind of dangerous, mainly for the workers rather than the guests: the hallways had no AC whatsoever. It was scorching hot in all the hallways and the elevators. I wouldn't want to work in those conditions. The restaurant had VERY limited food options for dinner (it was not open for lunch), which was a bit of a bummer. The breakfast was also pretty subpar with limited options and probably the weakest coffee and most watered down OJ I've ever had. At least the price wasn't too bad ($10 for continental, $15 for hot), which means it's free if you have Gold or Diamond status. Overall it was a decent stay, but they definitely have some improvements to make.

The Bad: The water pressure for taking a shower is so low that it's pointless. The rooms have some kind of weird, outdated coffee makers with coffee that's not very good. The Absolute Worst: No communication about their policy on on-call towel/bedding service. Not until night 3 did anyone tell us that we had to call them to change out our room's towels and linens. The Good: Beds and pillows are comfy. Front desk service is excellent.

The lobby & room were VERY good if we are talking design this would have been a 5 star review. but, at 1:30 AM (not a joke) someone jiggled my doorhandle and sounded like they were wanting to come in. they left as soon as i was walking towards the door but that is what makes this review 2 stars instead of 5. Besides that the stay was good!

Positive: Great location. Lobby and floors are in great shape. Lots of restaurants in nearby vicinity. Negative: Our room was not in good shape. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and wood was rotting on the vanity in the bathroom. Expected more from a Hilton hotel.
