I just wanted to take a moment to thank Jodi, Jen and Amanda for what they did for me, for helping me through a situation where i had to move suddenly. They went above and beyond what was expected, not only showing compassion for my situation but taking charge and were flexible in handling my move in and everything that went along with it, including the handling of my dog Hughie, who is elderly and could of been uncomfortable with the move, they had a meet and greet with, and he loved them as much as they loved him. Since the first day i walked in to see an apartment they took care of me with the utmost courtesy and understanding, gave me options and moved the needle forward, Im not sure i could of handled the situation i had without them. I am extremely thankful I chose to go there that day, and that those 3 ladies were there.

Great place to live! Minutes away from the Pa,Md line. Plenty of shopping and eatery and more for your enjoyment. Wonderful parks and bike trails for your outdoor adventure activities for the family. Parking is crazy at times due to new construction of more Apartments and renovations in the area being built but probably phase out in due time. Overall great amenities and the staff is very accomadating and kind . The upkeep of the Apartment building facility is superb the maintenance crew are awesome!

Do NOT rent here, would give 0 stars if I could. Unfortunately, I did not listen to the other bad reviews and chose to rent here. Cannot tell you enough what a mistake that was - if you are expecting luxury you WILL NOT get it here. They truly did the worst of both worlds where they charge you eye-watering rent yet treat you as if you are living in the cheapest, most basic community. And yes, regretting is not an option as there is zero lease-break policy and also management will literally treat you like you are dirt under their shoes the moment you sign a lease. Below are all horrors I saw in my time here (all true), and just things any person who is considering this place (just don't) should know. All of the people these things have happened to except one have now left the property for good. The only person that hasn't left yet is only still there because they haven't found their new place yet. Again, the leasing agents will attempt to wine and dine you on the tour but conveniently leave out all of the following: -You will be dead to them as soon as you sign the lease. They will push you off, ignore emails, never answer the phone, or give you lip service. You will have to harangue them to get any maintenance request done so many times that eventually you just learn never to ask them for anything. -2 resident's cars flooded, right on the premises as one of the parking lots is not level -drunk, disruptive resident who constantly disrupted other residents, was only "taken care of" once law enforcement was involved (management ignored complaints and even renewed her lease at one point) -weed smoking is a CONSTANT here. all three buildings. management laughs and nods when you contact them about it. All requests and any issues you have with a neighbor eventually just lead to management directing you to "call the cops." This is supposed to be a smoke-free residence and you even sign an addendum stating such, but neighbors smoked daily - management did nothing. Smoke goes right into the hallways and your unit as the unit doors here are so poorly made/ill-fitting to the frames. -one resident's ceiling leaked, management actually ignored the request for almost a week. Then a woman in the office actually told the resident to "Stop calling us about this because we are aware of the issue." -2 resident's rent went up $200/month at the time of renewal with no explanation. -There is no resident only parking here, and now they just took away even more parking and want us to "leave the front spaces for the retail guests." So we pay $2000-3000 a month here and do not even get to use the best spaces anymore. They let us know this in a message posted in the elevators titled NEW PARKING POLICY. Unbelievable. -Parking and getting any kind of groceries or anything from your car to your apartment is just a nightmare, nothing can be done about it. It's the design of this place/outer doors. -Restaurant patrons are super loud at night, can be heard inside your unit even with windows closed. -The amenities here are a joke for a "luxury" place. You will see them on the tour and never touch them again. There is no private working space either. -The laundry machines! I have no idea how nobody else has mentioned this on reviews here. The noise from them is unreal yet they are supposed to be "premium appliances." You can hear them all the way out in the hallway and they are so loud on spin cycle they make your entire floor shake - you can also hear your above, below, and side neighbors machines going in certain units. NOT relaxing, NOT ok. -Intimate conversations/yelling/neighbors fighting can be heard inside your unit. -Management already changed multiple times since I signed a lease here. You know what that means when a place is just tossed around over and over. They are so checked out they probably won't even be bothered by a review this bad. -Overheard leasing agent say they literally artificially raise the rent here for just to keep certain people out. Shame on you, BPG. Please please please do yourself a favor and walk away!

Yes! They have handicapped room for cheaper rates. And they have elevators.
