I can't say enough about my experience at Arundel - from the staff to the amenities, I greatly enjoyed my 9+ years as part of that community. Only a promotion to another state and being nearer to my grandchildren made me leave. I've never had such responsiveness for everything from administrative items to work orders. Special shout outs to Danielle, Debbie, and Julius! (though I know many more assisted behind the scenes I'm sure!). If my situation has me returning to the Wilmington, Delaware area, I will surely be rejoining that community! Thanks for everything!

Quiet location, nice atmosphere but a little pricey. A few disturbances once in a while and the apartments can definitely use some updating. Had a bad leak in the AC due to drainage problems, ants and bees both were a problem for a short while.We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback of our community, and apologize for any issues you experienced. I see many bad reviews here, however I have had quite the opposite experience from what others have posted. I’m glad Im gone this place is terrible … a new Landlord that has experience needs to be hired .. no parking spots at night .. the issue is simple Assigned parking spots.. is the way to fix things .. some have 6 cars … I would have paid 100$ extra just to reserve my own spot …Although you're no longer a resident here in the community, we're disappointed to read that your experience left more to be desired.
