I would give two but due to the location being GREAT, my neighbors are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, the property manager being HELPFUL along with the maintenance ill stay with 3. They have MICE DUE TO IT BEING IN A WOODEN AREA AND THE BUILDING WAS BUILT IN THE 70s...ALL I KNOW is im extremely tired of killing them and THEY'RE being TOO CHEAP to hire an exterminator that actually covers the holes the traps outside the building dont work them coming weekly to empty the traps dont work either! Just do better thats all i want place has potential just DO BETTER listen not make excuses and say resident hold a apart. UPDATE i emailed them they fixed the issue properly the following day of me emailing them

Do not live here whatever you do. I have been here for 8 months and have had nothing but problems. The first picture is about a month after we moved in there was a leak above us in the bathroom which turned into black mold. I had to repeatedly call and send emails to get any kind of answer. When I finally had to threaten to not pay rent they came when we were not home and instead of removing the black mold they spackled over it. Fast forward 5 months later I am continuously feeling sick and now we found black mold above our vent in the living room which I'm assuming is in the vent as well. The lack of urgency for this type of issue is outrageous. Not to mention the amount of mice we have found in the apartment being on the second floor. I also brought this to the property managers attention and I was basically told we don't know why this is happening because we pay a lot for our exterminators? ..... obviously not enough. So we are now buying our own traps to get rid of them. Please save yourself and do not even consider this a place to live.

I’ve e been living in Chateau Orleans since July of 2020 and I must say that I am very pleased with my apartment. I’ve live a few places before this and I must say that this is Definitely my best apartment. They have 24hr maintenance, washer and dryer on every floor and they also keep it very clean. I’ve never had a leasing agent Barbra that genuinely cares about there tenants as much as she does. She always positive and greets you with a big smile and she makes sure she meets your needs. Only issue I’ve had was when I first moved in my Ac unit went out however I called 24 hr maintenance which it was on a Saturday and they came right out to resolve the issue. I seriously recommend if your looking for a quiet clean tight knit community to live in the city this is definitely the place to shoot for. I plan on living here until I buy my first home because it’s very convenient to all areas and major highways. Once again Thank you Barb for all that you do and even going the extra mile for me love ya.
