For the price, this hotel is a huge let down. Front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful & unprofessional. At check in, we were given no information about parking and had to come back to ask where to park and again to ask how to validate. The front desk staff that checked us out was on FaceTime and had AirPods in the whole time. Our bathroom was not clean. Hairs in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. The shower did not drain properly so you were standing in an inch of water within 3 minutes. The rest of the room and the bed was clean. The room had a weird smell though. Breakfast was barely edible and the location was less than desirable. There was broken wood with rusty nails sticking out right out front of the hotel entrance. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I drove over 12 hours from Clarksville, Tennessee. I made a reservation and check in was suppose to be at 4 PM on June 18. It is now 7:43pm and not only did the two young ladies at the front say that they were understaffed-and the room is not ready, they didn’t know when it was going to be ready. After spending over 12 hours on the road with little or no sleep, spending $270 per night and to have the unprofessional attitude is totally unacceptable. I will make a complaint on the Marriott website. If it was it for me being sooo tired, I would have said some not so nice word. I am livid!

Nice location. Only the maintenance engineer and breakfast guy were nice. All of women there working acted like they were annoyed you were making them work. Rooms were dirty in the cabinets and the showers.

I stayed at the Residence Inn Wilmington 8/21 - 8/22 and had a great experience. The hotel has a sleek modern appearance which stands out from other nearby hotels in the area. Our room was neat and clean. My guest and I were greeted by Medina at the Front Desk. She was very personable and made our check-in/check-out experience both quick and easy. I also appreciated the grab & go breakfast as coffee shops and nearby restaurants were not open at the time I checked out (9am). I would definitely return to this hotel in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay!
