It never fails to make me laugh the way sales people follow you around the store but as soon as you need their help, they disappear. We came in ready to buy a leather sofa set but the in-store price was doubled from the online price. I mentioned it to this sales guy, he said he would match the price. Then we ask how much would the delivery fee be-he said it would be around $300 but online it gives you a FREE delivery option. Also we mention the $100 discount for signing up for the Ashley Rewards, he said that it wouldn’t qualify for in-store purchase. At the end of the day, our online purchase was more satisfying, saving us more than 3k.

At first me and my family went in because we needed furniture for our new home. We were skeptical about going to Ashley Furniture because of bad past experience, but to our surprise immediately after entering we were greeted very friendly by Jay. Jay took his time to get us prices and to explain details about our prospect furniture; after talking with Jay I was happy I gave Ashley Furniture another chance Jay is a super nice guy and his customer service is great. We ended up buying additional stuff we did not think about getting but we needed.

Never purchasing from here again. They originally let me schedule for delivery a couple days out from my purchase date. Then I get a voicemail telling me it will be getting delivered on a different day. I don't have work that day, so not a biggie. That day rolls around and my delivery link is no longer is working despite it working the day before.. I message their customer service and it turns out they wont even have the item in stock at the warehouse for a whole entire month. Yet they scheduled me for delivery twice and didn't bother to communicate this with me, instead having me waiting around all day. Who does that? Like not even a couple days delay, an entire month? I cancelled my order and will be shopping else where moving forward. You would think they would be more considerate and accurate with their customers since they're dropping a lot of money, but whatever. There's a lot of places that sell similar furniture for similar prices, and with better service. The customer service guy was giving the usual of how this shouldn't happen, they would make sure it doesn't happen again, but after coming to the reviews I guess this is the typical thing with them.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a bed frame last summer. The bed did not arrive until November (That's acceptable, there are issues with the supply chain). The delivery guys came, half assembled the bed, which was missing one complete side of bed drawers and bolts, box spring, headboard was installed upside down, and one of the draws that was delivered was smashed and they left. They told us they couldn't help, and to contact the store. We tried to call the store and nobody answered. We then went into the store with a smashed drawer and photo's and the store manager opened a ticket. Fast forward a week later with us still sleeping on air mattresses (we donated our old bed to charity prior to this one being delivered). A tech shows up, orders the missing bolts, orders the missing bunkie board and touches up the dinged up pieces of the bed. He assures me he will get the other side of drawers ordered as well. After another few days the bunkie board shows up, but not the bolts so I go and get some from the hardware store so we can use the bed. Weeks go by and nothing from Ashley. We try to email the store manager and we get an email back stating that we were put on his email blacklist. Call Ashley corporate and they state our ticket is closed and they open another. Another week goes by and another tech shows up, and the day before we get 2 drawers delivered in the mail. I replace the broken drawer on the one side myself. Tech states "I have never seen that before, an entire side of drawers missing, I'll let them know". Fast forward again, and we still don't have the 2 drawers + the rails + drawer mechanism that goes under the bed that the drawers slide into. Call again, and they state they can't help us. It's been too long. Never again Ashley. $900 for the worst purchasing ordeal of my life. tl;dr: Ordered a bed last summer, arrived broken. 4 months later, still missing drawers. Ashley has completely ghosted us and this will never be resolved.

Luckily I live about 5 minutes away so I was able to speak with someone that way since they ignore the phones
OMG! I can't believe it. Just today, I said the same thing to the salesman when I cancelled 2 rooms of furniture. "You have a bad business model." And talk about unprofessionalism!

Same thing happened to me....
You ordered in the store and in 2 or 3 weeks they deliver it to your home! Unluckily you can't buy anything from the store and take it home!
Their delivery charge was $100 per total order.
We don't sell separate tempered glass table tops.
