Terrible communication... They fixed things on our vehicle we never said was ok. We were quoted around $300. When the vehicle was done we went in and they said to pay $1,000. There was NO CONVERSATION in between the $300 and $1,000. Went back only 5 month later because something they claimed to had fix was broken. They called and said we need to replace something additional that looks years old even though we paid them $120 as a part of the $1,000 to do that 5 months prior. SCAM. Very disappointed. Terrible communication.

Raising Chaos

Went and got brakes and rotor resurfacing and my car started shaking as I braked, took it somewhere else they told me my rotors were warped. These guys didn’t tell me anything about it. So basically they put me back on the road shaking. I don’t know if they warped them resurfacing them or if they were already warped so I just took it as a loss. Be aware of your problems before you go here.

Brought in a brand new M Sport wheel to have a tire mounted and balanced. The wheel was brand new, never mounted. What I got back was a gouged wheel. The technician tried to tell me it was like that before I brought it in, until I showed the before picture. There are two major gouges and several smaller ones. Both inside and out. A tire shop should know how to install a tire without beating up the wheel. Poor work quality. Bummer. (See photos)
