Luckily I live about 5 minutes away so I was able to speak with someone that way since they ignore the phones
Well Laura, it's because you call a call center first then they transfer you to the Ashley home store. The call centers are rude and it's tough to get a straight answer. I missed a day of work, waiting on a delivery. And who knows how many hours I've lost waiting on the phone. I finally just went to the store instead of calling.
I’m having a similar problem, I have been trying to contact them for days and they continue to not answer the phone, the call centers are no help as well.
I had the same experience with them and just cancelled two rooms of furniture with them. I also left reviews on Google and Yelp warning people about their shady practices. Good luck.
