Very nice furniture, very poor customer service. I was told my custom order would be delivered to the Portland Store on Sandy by December 8th And I would get a call when it had arrived. I waited to hear from them and finally called the Portland store on Dec 16th. My order was sitting unassembled at their other store. I was also told by Josh that he would talk to his wife and see what day worked best for him to go pick up my order and he would call me back when he knew. I did not hear back from Josh. I called this afternoon .and was told my order would not be at the Portland store until Dec 23rd. I am very unhappy at this point in time.
