Had some nice deals on shoes, but the place is a complete mess. Plus, it is really hot inside. They must have the heat on high all the time.

What a mess, I couldn't believe it. It was like a tornado went through. Clackamas Town Center store was NEVER that way. Arizona store wasn't that way. My God who's managing the store? They need to step up and clean it up. Will never refer or go there again.

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I stood in line for over 15 minutes while the employees helped the same two customers and paid zero attention to those of us in line. Neither person at the register being helped was purchasing anything, they were simply talking on and on with the cashiers so that no one else could check out. One of them appeared to be picking up a package that had gone missing while the employee scoured the store, literally looking in broom closets and under tables? How unorganized can they be? The other cashier was assisting someone who was literally just talking on and on without buying anything and at no point did the cashier try to hurry this along or indicate that there were people in line who had been waiting for over fifteen minutes to make one quick, simple purchase. Even when I stepped forward and politely asked, “are there any other employees you could call up for assistance so that I can make this one quick purchase?” The employee responded with a flat no. No apology for my wait nor thanks for my patience nor even acknowledgement that I have been waiting for over fifteen minutes without so much as eye contact. I should also mention I saw at least two employees simply stocking shelves or something. Why could they not ring me up or assist these other customers at all?? I waited another five minutes so that I literally stood in line for TWENTY minutes— and it was not a long line, I was the next person to check out this entire time, but they would not move along the two customers who were separately taking over 20 minutes to ask questions but not purchase anything. Unfortunately, I could not wait in line for the rest of the day so even though I drove here specifically to buy this certain shoe which would have been over $100 purchase for your store, I put them down and had to walk out. Additionally, the store is a complete mess, highly unorganized and generally just a very unpleasant environment. There were stacks of shoe boxes over 8 feet high on their counters and overall disarray. I try to purchase in stores to keep businesses open and thriving but with customer service like that I can see why Amazon is taking over the world. In fact, when I got home I ordered the same shoes from Amazon. 0/10 recommend shopping here. And I am generally a patient person but this was legitimately ABSURD.

I have never had such a poor experience at a store. This place is dirty, the staff is rude, the shipping took ages, I was lied to & in the end I got the wrong pair of shoes. I ordered online & had my shoes shipped to the store. The shoes arrived late. I called multiple times on the day they were supposed to arrive & I was hung up on, so I drove to the store. I was told they’d arrive the next day instead. I went to pick them up the next day & they still hadn’t arrived. Multiple staff members sat on their cellphones & ignored me or sent me to someone else. Finally I just asked that they call me when the shoes do arrive. I left my number with Victoria, the manager, as well as the employees at she checkout line. Of course, they didn’t call me, so after 3 more days, I called them. The shoes had arrived & I was able to come pick them up. Tonight I got the shoes & they were in a completely smashed up, damaged box. When I got home I found out they’re not even the right color. A woman with shorter hair & gauged ears was the only person who seemed to have any customer service skills whatsoever, she was kind to me while no one else seemed friendly nor competent. Every time I came in there were people on their cell phones or gossiping & each time it took a few moments for them to even acknowledge me, let alone search for my order & assist me. I’m extremely disappointed & shocked that this store is even open. This place is dirty & these people don’t seem to care about their jobs or their customers. I’ll be returning the shoes, which means I’ll be driving to the location for a fourth time & be treated poorly yet again. I’m beyond disappointed.
