They sized a sterling silver ring for me. Their quoted price was much lower than Fred Meyer. They cleaned it so well, I thought a missing CZ had been replaced! Very friendly.

I came here to buy my wife's wedding ring and I am very picky when it comes to rings. My wife wanted a certain style and I wanted to make it one of a kind. For such a small little shop this location has SO many options. Plus they could make custom rings as well. Through a little while of planning things out we came to an agreement over a ring and made some adjustments that made it perfect! Through my experience here the communication was awesome! The price was fair and I was not ripped off like most people try to do. These people are honest and they actually want you to be happy. They even helped educate me about what are some good things to look for in jewelry. These guys have proven to be trustworthy and loyal to their customers, and I will be coming here in the future as well. Already came back to upgrade my wife's wedding band for a Christmas present. My ring was also custom made to match my wife's. Couldn't have asked for a better provider than Sherries Jewelry box 😁 Thank you

After searching around for a jewelry store I decided to go with Sherrie's Jewelry Box. I am so glad that I did! I am always skeptical of the big chain jewelry stores as they're not always trustworthy and the service can be questionable. My husband and I first spoke with Jon (he's the BEST!) about resizing my wedding ring as well as adding a custom element. He was so helpful and kind and really made us feel welcomed. We also had a few pieces of jewelry to sell/ consign and the prices were extremely fair. Jon was very informative on how the process would be like for both the custom design as well as the pieces I brought in. My wedding ring turned out just as I had imagined and I LOVE it! Jon, Ron, Sherrie and Rocky are so sweet and I would definitely recommend coming here because of their wonderful staff and amazing talent!
