Don’t take your animal here if it has any type of medical issue. Our dog has seizures and needs to take medication twice a day for it and when he runs out we basically have to twist their arm for a refill while my dog suffers. We were told that the vet has to sign off for it and it wouldn’t be until the end of the day and that we would get it the following day. He’s been on these meds for about a year or so now. So screw us right. We’ll just have to listen to our dog seize out all night and lose sleep because these people. They do this Every single time we have to get a refill on his meds. This place is absolutely trash. We’ll be going else where.

We used to love Banfield, but now they don't have enough appointments. Our dog hurt her eye, and they couldn't get her in for almost a week. We took her straight to a walk-in vet who found she had a serious eye ulcer. If we had waited, she could have lost her sight in that eye. Instead, she is almost healed. She is less than 2 years old.

Great with him. Great care. The monthly plan is well worth it. The staff are so loving and caring towards my BF Border Collie. I highly recommend Plus, the love board to greet you is incredible.

I had to put my dog Libby Miss Fussbucket down, It was not an easy decision. Dr, Rivera Santana and her assistant Hailey were great. They're caring and kindness during the procedure was wonderful. It made the situation much more smooth. Some people say you should have found someone to come to the house but I choose to stay with my Vet and it was just as comfortable and smooth in such a hard situation.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
