It’s super frustrating when you close early without updating your website or your call center. I came today between 4pm-5pm for a blood draw and before coming I called this afternoon around 2 to confirm you would be open and to confirm you have my orders. They assured me your location would be open until 5pm and there wouldn’t be any reason you would be closing early. I have to rearrange my work schedule to be able to get labs done and I can’t just do it on a whim and I loose hours when this happens. I don’t know if I will ever come back, not that anyone will care.

I came in to get blood drawn, but due to a clerical error, there was no record of the order in the lab's system. I thought I'd have to come back another day after fasting and going an extra eight hours without sleep. Crystal who works in the lab expertly unraveled the red tape for me and was able to take the blood sample. This saved me from doing it all over again and I greatly appreciate her being such a professional and a nice person.
