This was the worse experience I had I was just there on 07/02/2022, our orders were wrong had no dressing on the sandwiches, when we went to order our food the cook said no more orders, they forgot our drinks but we reminded them, 2 orders before us were wrong, they repeatly told people after us that they were closed and no longer taking orders, not even 10 minutes later after turning at least 7 people down a guy walks in and as the employee was flirting with him she takes his order. This whole experience was very unprofessional

If you like the Waffle House, this one is run fantastically. However, if you have the choice of other breakfast places like a local one in town you might be better off. I just don't know what they cook the food in, but instead of nourishment, my body is like " Thanks a lot, please don't ever do that to me again".

It's a Waffle House--not fine dining. Breakfast has been pretty good and service is typically attentive and friendly. I like watching the line cooks work with speed and precision, acknowledging the orders yelled at them by wait staff. This and the other location (yes, big Shelbyville has two!) stay pretty busy.

Worst Waffle House I have been to. my husband and daugher and I walked in, could immediately see that Alea and DJ did not want to be there. Yes I got their names. We were the only people waiting, a couple got up, did they clean the spot, (not sure which ones area it was, it was at the counter)? Nope. We sat, we sat....Finally 2 men and their son could see what was going on and hurried up so we could be seated. Finally, even after giving the workers the look of... are you going to seat us or what?? one waitress came over and asked us to sit down, she was the only one with any work ethic at all. Lea and DJ sitting down washing utensils and just talking away like they didn't have a job to do. Our waitress ended up being nice and we gave her a good tip. The other two lazy workers need to be talked to. That is not how you do business and because of their laziness, we will not be back for fear they will end up waiting on us and we do not want to encounter them again, ever. Waffle House, I know you are building a better brand, but you better take a look at your workers at this location, leaves a lot to be desired. Oh and did I mention that DJ was talking nasty to the elderly gentleman that worked there, he was washing dishes and she came up to him trying to ruffle his feathers by being rude and he just ignored her.... Pathetic
