The Popeyes in Grandview always disappoints me. I’ve tried over and over to try to give them the benefit of the doubt and even try to go in a different times of the day and that still does not matter. The service and the food always sucks! This time we waited in drive-through for over 30 minutes and when we finally got up to the window they ran out of the feature nuggets that they had. Then I was asked if I would like to get chicken strips instead I said yes-1 order strips and an order of chicken wings originally ask for six but they could only do four but then said can do five. On my receipt I was charge for 2-5 piece chicken spicy tenders and one five piece custom wings my sides were fries and mash and I asked for an additional mashed potatoes. I did not get my mash but that doesn’t surprise me because the last two times I went there they have forgotten my sides. I always have the worst experience at this Popeyes in Grandview and they don’t put your amount or totals on your receipt. I will no longer be going there I will most definitely drive down in the city on 31st and Prospect before going to this one.

For some reason, this drive thru only location is only capable of taking one order at a time. They will literally make the next car wait until the car before them has gotten their food before taking the next order. Very slow service for no reason at all.

I finally had a moment to get the famous chicken sandwich. It was wonderful. Too big for a lunch but it was so good, I was determined to finish it.

The worst Popeye's in the Kansas City Metro area. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like HORRIBLE service and TERRIBLE food.
