Going through a lot of changes. The jury is out. Saw Dr E Reissue - good background, and a good listener. Difficulty renewing prescriptions due to staff changes. So 3 1/2 stars as of May 31st.

after 3 appointments, 1 was changed without my knowing, 1 was pushed back 2 months, another I waited an hour only to be told that I would need to come back tomorrow since doctor couldn't see me today. The doctor wasn't any better, 1st appointment, scheduled 3 months after my call - they didn't have access to my blood work and rescheduled for another 3 months later (this could have been sorted out in a day). After the 2nd, 3rd visits, I was left in the dark waiting for medications that never came in.

My visit was quick and during the visit I felt everyone was pleasant. However, I did not feel Dr. Dong was concerned with the pain I've been experiencing in my joints. I had X-rays done on my back a year ago & the doctor who evaluated my x-ray reported facet arthropathy. This year, I have been experiencing the same pain in my elbows, knees and wrists. I was not requesting any pain medication from Dr. Dong as I don't take narcotic drugs. I simply requested an x-ray script to rule out any arthritis in my joints. Dr. Dong stated I was too young to have arthritis and completely disregarded my request. Mind you, she had a copy of the x-rays from a year prior. This was my 1st time seeing Dr. Dong. I was told my regular doctor left the practice. I can only imagine why and will be researching to find his new practice so I may get the care I deserve. Not only did I feel disregarded at my appointment, I was also disregarded after. Dr. Dong called in an anti inflammatory for my joints. She first called in a gel form. When that was denied by ins. she called in a drop. That was also denied. Instead of calling in the tablet form her office decided to inform me that I'd have to pay $230 for a prescription that is not covered. Mind you we aren't even sure yet if this prescription will work. After over a dozen calls back and forth to the office and my insurance company, I found the tablet solution on my own and after 7 days I was able to finally get the prescription- fully covered by insurance. I feel as though someone who went to school for as many years as Dr. Dong that she should've been aware this medication came in a tablet form and should've tried all avenues before giving up. I was promised several times by the office staff they were on top of it and would call me back. I never received a call back until I finally requested to speak to the manager. She stated Dr. Dong was too busy with other patients (as if I was not a patient who'd been waiting 7 days for relief) to call in the prescription, but she would see what she could do. Finally the prescription was called in. Customer service is awful at this practice & I did not feel cared for by Dr. Dong as I always have with my regular doctor in that office. I am very disappointed, but I guess after 5 years it is time to move on to another practice.

Waiting for a answer from u this is the 5 time I fell I broken my neck about 7 weeks ago then got into a accident on Nov 24 now having trouble eating we never got a reason why
