This place has gone downhill in the last year. Wait for someone to answer the phone, they answer and immediately put you on hold. You're on hold so long that the phone hangs up. Then you go through the process again. Ive been doing this for 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone. I wont be buying from this store anymore. This has happened the last 2 times trying to get parts from this store, I would just advise that you go to another location or competitor altogether. Went there again and it was just as bad.

I had a bad experience today. Went to thevstore and waited in line. The ckerk waited on his friend before me, eventho i was in the store before him. Then finalky the other clerk came up to register and was not happy to wait on me. I ask if he could go out to my car and read the code on the door for the cor of paint since i wanted to buy some touch up paint. His response was " spose so" and he slowly went out glansed at the door panel, walked back in and said he Couldn't find it and went t wait on the other gentlemen. I was the only woman in the store. I am also disabled and elderly And white (not that it makes a difference). I went to my car and the ckerk that had just helped another person outside, when i asked him if he was the manager and he said no, but could he help me. I told him what i needed and he came over and found the code immediately.and wrote it down for me. He was so helpful. He was wearing a green shirt and was a white guy. Now mind you i am in no way predijust, so i am only telling this for a matter of reference as to who i talked to. I am the mother of Mike who is owner of Exodus Automotive,. He was not happy the .way i was treated either. I do not want to get the manager, Trevor Golden, in trouble. But i think he should know what is happening. That store has just lost a customer, because i had other things on my list to buy too. We older women do spend money at auto parts stores too, and i live in walking distance of this store, but will drive to Martin City store from now on.
