Unbelievable that we order a pizza with 2 tops and 16 wings,no sauce and paid $50 dollars. We ordered the New York style for the thin crust and got a thick crust along with the BITE SIZE wings. I will never recommend them nor ever return.

3-1-22, ~8pm---PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT PEOPLE ORDER ONLINE!!!! 1/3 of our most recent ordered were up to par. The last order had little cheese, so I ordered extra cheese this time to help make up for the last one lacking. I also ordered light sauce, and it came oozing out of every piece! I'm literally having to squeeze sauce out of my pizza to eat it. We also ordered mediums, and they came small and partially doughy. I've been eating this pizza for many years, and this is nothing like what I expect out of Papa John's. We won't be back for a long while, and hopefully you'll hire someone who can actually make a proper Papa John's pizza!

Ordered pizza for delivery, was told 30 to 40 min. An hour later, we called to see where the pizza was and we were told that it hadn't left yet. We asked to just come and pick it up, which is fine, but we were not refunded the delivery fee or the tip that we had already paid. Everyone is short staffed and that's totally understandable, but we should have at least gotten those extra charges refunded.

I travel the country for my job and I am a big fan of Papa John's but this location is by far the sorriest Papa John's in all of America. If I wasn't stuck driving a tractor trailer and could have simply drove somewhere else I would have. I ordered a simple two topping pizza and the cinnamon pull aparts and it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to get my order to my hotel which is 6.8 miles from their location. Please if you're hungry don't order from here. The pizza was cold and stiff and I threw everything out because it didn't even look appetizing.
