Return visit. Stopped in for an early morning medical procedure. The lobby and breakfast areas were under construction/remodel. Those areas were messy, the rooms were welcoming clean and relaxing. This is definitely on my check first list when in the area. I was traveling for an early morning medical appointment. This Ramada is conveniently located near the interstate, and a Cattleman's road house within walking distance. The motel was Clean, with friendly staff that I came in contact with, the room I was in was spacious, the lighting was good. The bed was comfortable with several pillows, with a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. I would stay here again.

I paid 100.00 to stay the night thinking the kids could swim in the pool and we could soak in the jacuzzi after a long day driving. NOT THE CASE!!!! The hotel is under major renovations, NO POOL OR JACUZZI! No breakfast either just coffee. I wouldn't mind but all this was available on the website. Also had issues at check in, the reservation made and was told could not be cancelled/refunded had been cancelled. I had prepaid this so... The only bright spot was the young man woking, he made corrections to the reservation and got us in a room. We were also awoken by the cleaning crew trying to open the door, morning manager was rude and flippant about this.

This was the second time Ive stayed here. I definitely like this place. The room was great both times with zero issues. The staff was nice and friendly with both visits. It has a great restaurant next door and a movie theater within walking distance if you want to catch a movie. Definitely my go to place when I stay in the area.

When I checked in there was a small issue with priceline payment. The desk clerk was very nice. Once we were checked in and got to our room there were some issues. First our ice bucket was disgusting. I washed it then saw that the lid was also gross. The couch was covered in stains. I was not willing to sit on it. The bed was nice, the bedding was clean, the pillows were a variety of softness which was nice. I received a call from the manager, when I called back, 5 times, there was never an answer. I still haven't heard back from him.
