Stayed here in room 207 on Saturday May 21st and noticed bed bug bites the next afternoon. Unfortunately, I did not report it immediately and when I do try to report it to Hotels.com and Quality Inn they said I took too long to report it. I did not ask for a refund. I asked for an email address so I could send my pictures and they could handle appropriately.

Very clean and comfortable room. Hot breakfast was as expected. Service was friendly. Overall the hotel looked well kept.

The hotel was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hot air was on when I got to room. Was very welcoming after 12 hrs on the road. The manager was able to accommodate me with a bottom floor room near door to bring in all my work stuff..That was very much appreciated!! The towels were top notch. I will be back in late April and returning back through the first part May. Keep up the good work!

Clean, quiet, safe, convenient, welcoming! They had prepared to go bags for the guests in the morning with simple but appreciated food items. The area had been blasted with 18 inches of snow.
