Positive: The sofa bed for the lower rate was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. Negative: The carpet in the room seemed old and in need of replacement. A floor tile next to the shower was coming up from the floor. The shower 'chair' was showing signs of mold and mildew and need thorough cleaning or replacement.

I would highly encourage NOT booking here. This hotel cancelled rooms I had booked 7 months in advance to accommodate other guests needing to extend (or that's what I was told). The hotel could not provide me any documentation on their policies or why other guests just now needing to extend took precedence over my reservation. There are no other hotels available the weekend we are needing to be in town... I have never left a review for a hotel but this has been a nightmare and I'll never book at a Wyndham/Hawthorn property again.

Positive: Staff was friendly. Easy to get to for a quick overnight stop. Negative: Room and hallways were disgusting. Stains on the floor, couch, and a pillow. I've stayed here multiple times for work. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. Some of the rooms are great, but others are just okay while needing a little bit of maintenance/upkeep. Overall though I've always been pleased with my stays. Heads up for future travelers, this place is only offering brown bagged breakfasts. No buffet or hot foods
