This place looks nice as long as you don't look too close. Only one handicap parking spot near door. Carpet in room was loose and I tripped going in. No hot water in shower(was lukewarm at best) While waiting for husband to come down, a cleaning cart was parked right by where I was sitting and it reeked and turned my stomach and I was not able to enjoy breakfast!! (Almost barfed)! Room was clean and nice size but that's about the best I can say.

I am surprised that this hotel is still open, the elevator certification is expired,mirrors in the elevator has duct tape on it,rooms have bed bugs, location is good close to shopping and campus.Go elsewhere you can't get any worse

Came to town for a concert and when our flight landed early the front desk gal, Cindy, was absolutely exceptional and managed to check us in early so we could get some sleep before our event. Great location and they are in the process of updating all the rooms to a great modern feel. Wonderful value, fantastic staff and the breakfast was tasty too. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Bloomington-Normal
