Horrible & rude customer service. We asked for sheets & blankets for the sofa bed and were told they didn't have any. The only sheet on it was torn. My son ended up sleeping on the floor on our camping pad. No curtains for the doors to the king bedroom. TV wasn't hooked up. Painter's tape left on the door. No toilet paper holder. Expired coffee packets in the room. Hot tub is advertised on their site, but no where do they mention that it is out of service. Overall not the quality or service we have had at other Country Inn & Suites. Super frustrated.

The rooms are really nice, but they are nothing compared to the fantastic staff here. Everyone is extremely friendly and loves to talk, even though they've never seen each over before. I had a lovely breakfast this morning because of the great food and amazing people there.

Positive: Everything was very clean both the hotel and my room Negative: The breakfast was very inefficient. I realize COVID played a lot with this but it¿s not what I would expect for a breakfast. People are starting their days and sometimes this is the first and only meal allowed to them before starting the day

Choose Country Inn & Suites because it was one of the few 3 star hotel options on our route. What I got upon entering my room was a 1 star hotel. There was no baseboard trim in the room so there was a unpainted section where trim used to be. The beds were not inviting. They were flat and very firm. Each bed was only given 3 pillows and the pillows were lumpy and under stuffed. The furniture in the room was very outdated. The bathroom had cracked grout with loose tiles. The tub faucet was crooked - never in my life have I seen a crooked tub faucet. It wasn’t slightly crooked, it was at an angle. The toilet handle would stick causing the toilet to continue to run until you jiggled it into cooperation. Would not recommend this hotel.
