I've been here for over a year and cannot say enough about what a joy it has been living here. I left a review about the ease of moving in and a year later, I can confirm that the staff and home has all been such a blessing to me and my family. I love being able to say hello to Antonio in the morning, Rachel and Jacqueline have also been a joy. The maintenance team has supported us diligently, kindly and promptly. Pria, the Property Manager, is a light and the property is lucky to have her. The location itself is unbeatable; close to EVERYTHING and with family coming in to visit, locally or out of state, visiting with me here has been like being on vacation. It's a great place to live.

This is a wonderful place in the perfect location! The office staff takes excellent care of residents and the maintenance team is so professional and skilled. The property is right by the metro train and the heart of Old Town Pasadena is only steps away. If you are looking for a clean place with spacious apartments and kind employees then this is the place!

I think people that leave bad reviews come here get stressed that finding an appartment isn't as easy as they thought, and blame it on management. Finding an apartment isn't easy, I agree, but Rachel is the kindest, most caring, on top of things person I have ever met - she is extremely informative, and I've seen her interact with all the residents in a way that makes them feel like you are at home. If you ever have a problem just let her know, she truly cares about the property and its residents. Thank you Rachel for working at Holly Street!

It is over 2 weeks since I moved here. Very quiet and easy to access Metro gold line. The location is middle closely and nicely between Old Pasadena and the beautiful Pasadena City Hall building. I really am enjoying hanging out there. Most of all, the staffs are very kind and friendly. They really take care of everything I ask. When I visited here to take a look at a room, I noticed the door rail between living room and patio is a little bit high and it was not easy to go and come over is with my power wheelchair. I asked Rachel, who is a staff from the leasing office, if they could provide and install a ramp for me, and then she said she would check it. While I was preparing to move, I actually was about to forget it because I didn't expect for them to provide it without charge. If I had to pay for it, I wouldn't want it and I could be on the patio rarely. However, the day when I moved in, she told me they could provide it for free. A maintenance staff finally came and installed it very carefully. And now I am hanging out there with coffee and cookies. :) And also they nicely helped me about insurance thing to transfer my policy. I was not familiar with it because it's only 4 years since I immigrated to America.
