The apartments have great amenities and I am grateful to Romeo for helping us out with a smoking issue from a neighbor. He was very diligent in reminding residents of the rules to protect our health and safety from secondhand smoke. We finally don’t smell smoking anymore and it’s all thanks to his hard work. This location is convenient- walking distance from So much good stuff! and I appreciate the parking which is gated off from retail spots. The Maintenance team works hard to keep everything clean and functioning. I have felt pretty safe in the apts. We are across from the park which can get busy with the transient community. Thankful for our Gate system. It is definitely not a quiet street. Our building has had issues from time to time but they are usually resolved fairly quickly. I think the appliances are a bit low quality, particularly the washer dryer is not amazing, but a lot of places don’t even have WD in-unit. All in all we have been here for a couple years and it has been overall pleasant. There are bumps in the road but the team works hard to resolve it.

Stay at Avalon del mar in fall 2019 to 2021, return to my country during the pandemic. Now we are back to Avalon del mar again, meet with the fantastic team leading with Romeo-super friendly and dependable, Victoria-helpful as can be and Terrence. Romeo helps us with all the details and resolves them quickly. We are now renting a quiet room in building 2 facing the courtyard, the building is well maintain and clean, the included parking spaces are plentiful and easily access from the apartment building (big plus for CA living), the amenities are all here: the pool, the gym, the meeting room, and the pool table….etc. OH, the maintenance team is good and professional, if urgent, they come the same day; they show up in couple of days after we submitted the service request.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and we couldn't have picked a better place to live! The location is great, clean apartments and super sweet neighbors. Everyone in the office, especially Victoria and Terrance, are so helpful and quick to respond! We are so grateful we found this gem of an apartment!

circa 5 miles! normal traffic times would take you an avg of 18 minutes :)
Being a tenant here for a couple of years I’d say expect to pay 2900 depending on where the unit is located!
