I called them and they said you can walk in for TB test until 5pm. We've arrived there at 4:05pm (with a toddler and a newborn) I've interrupted them from doing nothing, they gave us a ton of papers to fill so we've completed them asap and at 4:20 the register told us she was not going to give us a spot because is 4:20 and the last spot was at 4:15. Like WHAT?!

Incredibly rude and judgemental staff to those who are pregnant and going to this facility.

Its a small clinic but because of this I was able to get in and out quickly. I took my kids to Chap Care's Christmas Toy Drive and they set me an appointment that very next week! Thank you guys!

The wait times in this place are horrifically long whether you have an appointment or not and if you ask the person behind the bullet-proofed glass in the waiting room on the second floor, you almost feel as if you should expect a mugging for having the nerve to imply that your time may be valuable! I know that they don't handle emergencies so I can't understand why you have to wait so long? I mentioned my issue with the waiting to one of the doctors and his/her response was: "If you're so unhappy, why do you come here?"!!!! I am starting to think that they care so little about patient satisfaction because the majority of us patients are low-income.
