It is said that Pasadena was built in 1893, and the Hotel was built in 1903. The building that has been in existence for more than 100 years seems to be still in good condition. Just the window air conditioner in the room told me it was an old building.

Called several times regarding information about senior housing and leasing department never returned my calls. I think that may be an indication of how the tenants are treated.

I don't think you can rent a room. I believe you have to fill out an application. I'm not sure.

Yes, it is for seniors with low rent but not just for disabled.
