If you decide to live here, do not expect to get your security deposit back. I moved out in January and had to request the final statement with the information on my security deposit and after appropriate fees, I was to receive approx. $800 back. Well it's been over 2 months and I still don't have it. They claimed to have sent it out but no mail was ever received. When I requested updates, I was constantly ignored until complaining to the management company. I finally got a canned response that they sent it out. Finally they agree to reissue the check after I confirm my address then pretend that they never got the email confirming the address. I have to reach out over and over and over again and still no check. Next step will be small claims court, deposits are to be returned within 21 days of move out under California law. Management and specifically Tony have been a pain to deal with, extremely poor communication. They will also charge you a million different fees while you are living here that is added on to your rent. This is not clear when you move in. On top of that I lived here during COVID so a lot of the benefits I was expecting like weekly cleanings, and mail delivery service never happened. My car got broken into in the parking garage. Got noise complaints for having just a few friends over. Would strongly advise you do not live here.

Beautiful complex right in the heart of Pasadena. Well designed apartments overlooking a beautiful and landscaped pool. The apartments are spacious and have beautiful amenities. I was really impressed with the under counter lighting in the bathrooms that comes on automatically when one enters. Nice kitchen and great outdoor spaces for each unit. A beautiful place to live in pasadena.
