Products are junk and they have a million reasons why they can't exchange or replace items. Been going there for 11 years and unless you speak to the owner who is only there Mondays and Tuesdays, you will not get good customer service and problems solved. I will be having another conversation with him in person next Monday. Replace or refund the current junk sold and refused to handle by their extremely rude incapable employees, and I will find another smoke shop to go to. Done with this situation for good.

I recently bought the blu e-cig starter kit. and the batteries don't last at all. So after being burned for $76, I went here. I bought a vaporizer for $79.95 + tax. I got home and it started to work then stopped. I go to return the item, and i get there and they're locking the door. I was able to talk to them outside and they took the device and told me to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and they told me to pick any vaporizer lower or equal to the price. I picked the ego-c twist. ( their's already had customized everything. A skull tip, xl battery 4.3 inches long, v-core 2.0 tank. I wasn't planning on getting a vaporizer that was already decked out but seeing as its my first vaporizer i figure it would be easier to have one already done then me trying to get there.) They had me test it out before i left. No smoke shop i have been too has been this good. They took a $60-$76 hit by allowing me to return a purchase that had no warrenty back to them. And exchanging it.
